Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (except for non-returnable items, see below) with receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, certain items cannot be returned to us. These include:

• Items marked "as-is" in the product description, used, installed or not in the original packaging.

• Items that appear damaged, used, or modified in any way.

• Oil, lubricants, chemicals, additives or other engine fluids.

• Electrical components, ignition items, starters and batteries.

• Engines, transmissions, mower decks, clutches and other major components

• Gaskets, seals, betls, seals and other rubber items.

• Special order items.

All returns of non-defective items returned to us is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
